MCSEA is a non-profit organization comprised of child support enforcement professionals from across the State of Missouri. MCSEA is not an agency of the State of Missouri. This website is for members of MCSEA and no establishment or enforcement of child support orders is conducted from this site. Who Can Join?
  • Circuit clerks or court administrators and their staff,

  • Prosecuting attorneys and their staff,

  • Missouri judges and commissioners,

  • Employees of the Missouri Family Support Division (formerly known as the Division of Child Support Enforcement),

  • Administrative hearing officers performing Title IV-D functions,

  • The regional director and Missouri representatives of Region VII of the Office of Child Support Enforcement,

  • Employees of the Family Support Payment Center,

  • Employees of the Missouri Attorney General’s Office in the Family and Mental Health Services Division and in the Financial Services Division.

Benefits of Joining

MCSEA members received numerous opportunities to acquaint themselves with peers across the state and share useful information and practices.  Members are infrmed of the latest details on federal and state legislation and will receive a quarterly newsletter that details the latest child support activities, issues, techniques and changes.

How can you join?

Do you know which MCSEA Region you are in?  Using the location of your employment, determine the county you are in and go to the Bylaws, Section IX to find your region.  Please contact your Region Director for more information.
